David has authored on book and is currently writing two others – two about physics, and the other is a textbook on the teaching the AI computer programming language he co-authored called NLP++.
PC Mundo Articles
When David was living and working in Rio de Janeiro, he wrote a series of articles on Artificial intelligence from 1987- 1988. David got his working visa because at the time in the late 1980s, he was the only person in Brazil to have work experience in natural language processing.

Physics
In 1992, David met Argentinian physicist Dr. Ricardo Carezani who showed Einstein wrong back in the 1940s. David offered to help Ricardo get the word out about his work, eventually creating a website about what Carezani found: https://autodynatmics.org. When David presented the work to 9 physicists at Space Park in Redondo Beach California where David worked in the AI group, they said they could not find a flow in the in Carezani’s arguments against Einstein and David was hooked. (Read more about David as a “dissident scientist”).
During the next few decades, David made a documentary film “Einstein Wrong”, and attended and helped with the NPA and then CNPS with their annual conferences and proceedings. During the filming of Eintsein Wrong, David got his father to participate in the film and in April of 2015, Robert de Hilster presented his idea for a model of light. When David heard the model he went “ballistic” telling his dad that he had solved one of the greatest problems in physics: the wave/particle duality of light (ligh acts as a wave and a particle).
Putting together with what David had collected over the years and adding a few more ideas, they came up with what they called the particle model. They then wrote their first book together.

Principa Mathematica 2 is a book being written by father and son team Bob de Hilster and David de Hilster and describes The Particle Model (TPM) which extends Newton’s classical model of the universe to describe everything as a physical movement of particles. This model proposes physicality for light, gravity, magnetism, and electricity. The Particle Model is based on work by Isaac Newton, Georges-Louis LaSage, Dr. Glenn Borchardt, Ionel Dinu, Robert de Hilster, and David de Hilster. The existence of TPM can be credited the work by Dr. Ricardo Carezani who inspired the work done by both authors of the book.
The book was published in August of 2021.
Second Physics Book
In 2022, David and his father were driving home from Atlanta when they discussed at a more abstract level on exactly what they discovered and covered in their first book. What they come up with was “The Four Universal Motions” which is now going to be called “Reverse Engineering the Universe”.

Textbook NLP++
In the 2020s, David became involved with students at universities and highschools around the world through his work in AI in the LexisNexis Risk supercomputing group. There, he revived the NLP++ programming language and VisualText which began drawing interest to the programming language he and best friend Amnon Meyers create almost 25 years ago.
David worked with universities in the United States, Brazil, and India and gave workshops for credit at RVCE university in NLP++, the AI programming language David helped develop. In fall of 2025, RVCE university hope to teach the first course at a school in rule-based Natural Language Processing useing NLP++.
In January 2025, after going into semi-retirement, David was hired as an adjunct professor at Northeastern University at Miami to teach computer science courses. He was hired because of his extensive industry experience in databases, AI, and NLP.
Because of that, David and Amnon Meyers are currently co-authoring a textbook on the computer programming language NLP++ for use in teaching a course in universities. David hopes to use the book to teach rule-based NLP at Northeastern in the near future.
They book will be ready by August 2025.
