David’s first self-portrait in 30 years in his new “Intellectual Graffiti” style. In this self portrait, you will find computer code that drew particle waves on this same portrait. There is also computer code from the AI computer programming language de Hilster helped invent.
Also, de Hilster has included what he and his father call the “Four Universal Motions” in which his work and other works. These motions are drawn using computer code written by de Hilster.
On top of that all, there are the graffiti marks and words de Hilster includes in all his new digital works. De Hilster also likes to include “Easter eggs” which require the viewer to carefully look at his works close up. Many people also call this style of his “camouflage” art.
